**1. Use of Website:**  
  You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. Any unauthorized use or violation of these terms may result in termination of your access.
 
**2. Product Information:**  
  We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing for all diesel engine parts. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free or complete. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
 
**3. Payment:**  
  All payments are processed in USD. We accept major credit cards. Orders are not considered final until payment is received in full.
 
**4. Shipping:**  
  We offer shipping in three levels: 
1)  Less than $200.00 purchase, flat rate standard shipping of $15.00.  
2)  USPS Priority Mail Express, Flat rate of $80.00 

3)  Orders $200.00 or more, free standard shipping.
Currently shipping will be through USPS. 
We only ship Monday through Friday, not including federal holidays. 
Orders received by 1:00 PM CST will ship the same day, After 1:00 PM CST, orders will ship the following business day.
 
  Jameson Precision LLC makes no guarantees to customer receiving dates due to the fact once delivered to the carrier, we and you are subject to the carrier conditions at that time.  
 
**5. Returns:**  
   If you are unsatisfied with the product we sold/supplied, you have 7 calendar days from receiving product(s) to notify Jameson Precision LLC via phone (405-254-4412) or email support@jamesonprecision.com.  We will work with you to expedite the process to get products returned to us and return you your money.  
  Items may be returned, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. 

  Returned for refund products must be repackaged in an appropriate manner to protect the merchandise during shipping and be in 100% resellable condition when they arrive back at our facility. 

  Custom made products are NOT refundable for any reason. Custom products will have a form/email verifying specifications that the customer must accept and return before production begins.  If there happens to be a specification that the customer feels isn’t met, Jameson Precision will replace the product ordered at its discretion, after the product is returned to our facility for inspection and verification.

  All returned for refund products will incur a 15% (of the entire invoice) restocking fee to cover unrecoverable costs Jameson Precision LLC incurred such as, but not limited to, payment processing fees, shipping, and possible damage.

  If the shipping container or product is received damaged, please contact Jameson Precision ASAP so we can help get the situation resolved.   We ask that you take pictures of damaged shipping container before opening, and pictures of damaged products afterward so we can assist with getting new products to you and if needed make shipping damage claims.  Please email pictures to support@jamesonprcecision.com with the subject line of RECEIVED DAMAGED.
 
**6. Warranty:**  
  All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 120 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

  Since there are so many factors that affect performance,  we will investigate the conditions under which the failure occurred.   We will ask the parts to be shipped back to us for inspection.  Then we will make a determination of acceptance or denial of warranty claim. 
 
**7. Limitation of Liability:**  
  Jameson Precision LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) purchased from Jameson Precision LLC.
 
**8. Changes to Terms:**  
  We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
