 Refund Policy

  If you are unsatisfied with the product we sold/supplied, you have 7 calendar days from receiving product(s) to notify Jameson Precision LLC via phone (405-254-4412) or email support@jamesonprecision.com.  We will work with you to expedite the process to get products returned to us and return you your money.

 Items may be returned, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. 

  Returned for refund products must be repackaged in an appropriate manner to protect the merchandise during shipping and be in 100% re-saleable condition when they arrive back at our facility.

  Custom made products are NOT refundable for any reason. Custom products will have a form/email verifying specifications that the customer must accept and return before production begins.  If there happens to be a specification that the customer feels isn’t met, Jameson Precision will replace the product ordered at its discretion, after the product is returned to our facility for inspection and verification.

​

  All returned for refund products will incur a 15% (of the entire invoice) restocking fee to cover unrecoverable costs Jameson Precision LLC incurred such as, but not limited to, payment processing fees, shipping, and possible damage.

  If the shipping container or product is received damaged, please contact Jameson Precision ASAP so we can help get the situation resolved.   We ask that you take pictures of damaged shipping container before opening, and pictures of damaged products afterward so we can assist with getting new products to you and if needed make shipping damage claims.  Please email pictures to support@jamesonprcecision.com with the subject line of RECEIVED DAMAGED.
